My guest today is Jess Hatzis. In 2013, Jess co-founded Frank Body, which six years later has become a $20 million dollar global beauty brand, distributed through retailers like Sephora and Ulta and is sold in 141 countries. Jess was named one of Forbes magazine’s “30 under 30” and was named Woman of the Year by Cosmopolitan in 2017.
Jess’s role at FrankBody now is as the Chief Marketing Officer, and as well as her role at FrankBody, she is also the co-founder of communications agency Willow and Blake.

Becoming a better delegator
Making the transition from being a Maker to a Manager
Why Jess used to be scared of feedback
The books that have had the biggest impact on her thinking
The pros and cons of starting a business with your best friend
