Is there an AI tool for that?
When I have a problem to solve, these days I often find myself wondering 'Is there an AI solution to help me?' But aside from doing a Google (or Bard) search, given ChatGPT only has information up until 2021, I couldn't find a more efficient way to do this. On the topic of AI, I assume you've spent a bit of time playing around with ChatGPT. But how useful have you found it? My skills improved after reading this article on the mistakes many of us are making and instant fixes to get the most out of ChatGPT.
How to get the best recommendations and advice online
With fake reviews on so many websites, it can be hard to uncover genuine recommendations and advice. 'what is the best heat pack for a sore back' or 'what is the best roast chicken recipe') and it will give you the top answers with links to the original discussions.
A simple way to reduce cravings for high calorie foods
Are you trying to cut back on chips and chocolate but perhaps you're having some trouble? A new study published in Appetite suggests that a specific visualisation strategy might help. Participants who were asked to imagine high-calorie foods and then picture themselves getting rid of the food by pushing it or throwing it away had reduced cravings for fatty foods.

Cheers
