Where should we begin?
I had a lot of fun playing Esther Perel's card game Where Should We Begin over the summer holidays. My partner and I played it several times. We had tried to cobble together our own version of it prior to the game's release in Australia, and I can confidently say: the official version is better than ours. We also played the game with some friends which lead to some new insights into people who have been in my life for over a decade, which was wonderful, moving and heartwarming.
A simple trick to improve your relationship

Working fewer hours is associated with higher life satisfaction
In research that will surprise no one, working fewer hours is correlated with higher life satisfaction. People who work less hours have more time to spend with family and engage in other commitments/responsibilities.
Since moving to a Four Day Week at Inventium (which we call Gift Of The Fifth, whereby we get the gift of time on Fridays if we can get our work done in four normal-length workdays), it's definitely given me more time to invest in friendships, in family, and in hobbies outside of work.

Cheers
