32 questions that might change your life
I love ClearerThinking.org as a resource for thought-provoking and science-backed exercises. I am about to head off on a mini-break and I intend to reflect on some questions from the site that apparently: "might change my life". Here are a few if you want to play along at home:
What in life gets you excited?
What would you say is the greatest accomplishment of your life so far?
What was the most significant turning point in your life, and how did that experience change you?
What's one of the best days you've had in your entire life?
In your opinion, what is the purpose or meaning of life?
What has kept you hopeful in life's most challenging moments?
Imagine receiving a message from a version of yourself five years later. What warnings would these give you, and what advice would they offer about how best to achieve your goals?
What valuable things have you learned, or what practical takeaways have you gotten from answering these questions?

Eleven theories for how to achieve true happiness
While we are on the topic of ClearerThinking.org, you might also want to check out some of the most popular theories on how to be happier - in case that happens to be one of your life goals.
What do other people's work spaces look like?
Is desk porn a thing? If it is, sign me up! During COVID, I became obsessed with the set-up of my desk (which doubles as a podcast studio and virtual keynote studio). If you're looking for some desk inspiration, check out Desk Situation pronto.
Remembering each day - in one sentence
My partner and I have recently created a nightly ritual using this diary. It prompts you to write down a brief thought or idea on the same day over five years, allowing you to rediscover forgotten highlights from years past as you write about the present. I'm finding it an easy ritual that helps me focus on the main highlight of each day.
Let me know in the comments what you found useful from today’s post. And if you’re feeling in the mood, why not share this post with someone else who might benefit from it…

Cheers
